Formed in 1999, Mark Cerrone Inc. has focused its business practices on the principal “Safety and Quality First”. 15 years later, as the company continues to experience positive growth, this motto remains at the foundation of our core business practices. Our industry leading Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of 0.81 and a low OSHA incident rate is backed by our exceptional performance record, our Health and Safety Program and our overall commitment to Quality.

By ensuring all of our employees are properly trained and qualified, we continuously strive to improve our commitment to Safety and Quality in every aspect of our work. Our goal is to provide the safest possible work environment for all of our projects. This includes assessing the potential hazards for each jobsite and project type, complying with all Federal, State, local safety and health regulations. With our Health and Safety Program we provide ample training for our employees to teach them of the duty and responsibility to themselves, their fellow workers, our clients and to the public. Working closely with our unions, we ensure that our employees receive the latest and most appropriate training for all of our service segments.

We provide on-site construction services for several large industrial clients including working at a number of OSHA Star facilities. We work with plant safety personnel to make sure our work is performed safely and that their sites maintain their high safety standards and records. In fact, we received recognition from DuPont for over 40,000 safe-hours on their NECCO Park project. In addition to complying with OSHA, MSHA, FMCSA, DOT and DOL regulations, our company also meets the challenges of working in security sensitive environments – performing background screening, license monitoring, and drug and alcohol testing to provide our clients with the safest, highest quality service possible. Mark Cerrone Inc. “From demolition through landscaping we are your complete construction solutions contractor.”
