SUNY Buffalo State University undertook a multi-phased project to renovate the existing Science Building No. 15 on campus.

Mark Cerrone, Inc. was involved in the 3rd phase which consisted of the abatement of various hazardous/regulated materials, and the demolition of the existing science building to make way for new construction.

The building to be demolished was connected to the new Science Building, so prior to demolition all utilities and connections between the new and old building needed to be completely separated.
